Bayview is proud to offer a full range of laser cutting and engraving services. Our three state of the art laser systems each boast a large 52" x 100" cutting/engraving surface allowing for even the largest of parts. A museum quality finish is available on all acrylic edges. Our 150 watt laser can cut up to 2" thick on some materials, with cut speeds up to 50 ft/min, while our 250 and 400 watt lasers can triple those speeds and better. This technology makes it possible to engrave, as well as cut out most any pattern you want to design. The flexibility of the lasers offers affordable one off ideas, or 100’s, if not 1000’s of exciting customized parts on any project, with quick turnaround times.

Our laser cutting systems are also equipped with the i-Cut Vision Pro software, which uses printed registration marks for quick, precision cutting of graphics that can be mounted onto a wide range plastic and other materials.
