Bayview on the MOVE...
June 2017 - we added a second ZMD vacuum former, a single-sided 36"x36" PLC-controlled unit, with rapid cycling capability to increase throughput for a reduced unit cost. We also purchased a 9"x23" Stallion Trunnion to add 4-axis capability to one of our 6 Fadal CNC milling centers.
June 2016 - we just took delivery of our third Kern HSE (High Speed Engraving) Laser with the same large 52" x 100" cutting/engraving surface as our first two lasers, but with a much more powerful 400 Watt laser. More power = more speed = quicker turnaround time.
December 2015 - we now have a second Kern HSE (High Speed Engraving) Laser with a 52" x 100" cutting surface, but with a more powerful 250 Watt laser.
November 15th 2011 we installed our new semi-automatic 42" wide roller die-cutter.
Bayview Plastic Solutions, Inc. has become a Certified DBE throught the California Unified Certification Program (CUCP). This certification is recognised through the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) as of January 11, 2010.
Purchased a new 13"x40" Gear-Head Gap Bed Engine Lathe in November 2009.
As of March 30, 2008 we now have a double-sided 60"x60" per side, PLC controlled, ZMD vacuum former.
We recently added another Fadal 4020 milling center, which now make 3-total, to our CNC milling capabilities.
September 2007 we put into production our brand new CNC Router System, which is a welcome addition to our current machining capabilities. This newly acquired system has an oversized machining area of 60”x120” with a Z-axis clearance of 12”.
August 27, 2007 - Bayview Plastic Solutions has now added new 3D design software to take full advantage of, and to boost, the overall capabilities and performance of our CNC
July 9, 2007 - We have increased our current vacuum-forming capabilities (48”x48”, by 19” stroke), which now includes the ability to process material blanks up to 60”x60" with machine Top & Bottom strokes of ~30”.
June 2007 - Bayview Plastic Solutions has recently installed E2 ShopTech as our new ERP manufacturing system software. This software package supports our entire manufacturing/operations infrastructure giving us up to the minute information on: RFQ’s, manufacturing project status, inventory management, and much more to better serve our customers requirements for on-time deliveries, and optimum part pricing.
May 1, 2007 - Bayview Plastics Solutions doors open for our first day of business in Fremont, California.
February 5, 2007 - We incorporate the business name through the state of California as Bayview Plastic Solutions, Inc.
