We are proud to announce the scheduled mid-September
delivery of our brand new CNC
Router System to our machining capabilities.
This newly acquired system has an
oversized machining area of 60” X
120” with a Z-axis clearance of 12”.
August 27th - Bayview Plastic Solutions
has now added new 3D design software to take full
advantage of, and to boost, the overall capabilities
and performance of our CNC machining department.
July 9th - We have increased our current vacuum-forming
capabilities (48” X 48”, by 19”
stroke), which now includes the ability to process
material blanks up to 96” X 120” with
machine Top & Bottom strokes of 40” &
48”.
June 2007 - Bayview Plastic Solutions
has recently installed E2 ShopTech
as our new ERP manufacturing system
software. This software package supports our entire
manufacturing/operations infrastructure
giving us up to the minute information on: RFQ’s,
manufacturing project status, inventory management,
and much more to better serve
our customers requirements for on-time deliveries,
and optimum part pricing.
May 1st - Bayview Plastics Solutions
doors open for our first day of business in Fremont
California.
February 5st - We incorporate the business name through the state of California as Bayview Plastic Solutions, Inc.
